The rental period starts on the day that the bag is delivered and ends either 7 or 14 days later (depending on the previously agreed rental period) when it should be returned to your local Post Office in it’s original packaging, using the enclosed return address label.
The bags are either brand new or in a like-new condition.
We will add you to a wait list and inform you as soon as the bag becomes available.
Standard shipping of the bags is free. If the bag is needed sooner than our standard delivery time (i.e. 1 working day), a charge will be added.
Most bag rentals will arrive by courier within 2 working days. This will depend, however, upon the time of the order.
All bags can be hired for either 1 or 2 weeks. If a longer or shorter rental period is required, please contact the supplier. Your request will be accepted or denied depending upon the bag and the season.
The customer should put the handbag back into the original packaging it arrived in, stick the pre-paid return label/stamps and address onto the outside of the brown box, seal the box, and then drop it off at a Post Office.
YES! We guarantee that all of the bags are 100% authentic.
The bag will be examined upon return and depending upon the condition of the bag, an amount may be taken from the deposit. Please do not try and clean the bags or repair the bags yourself as this could lead to further damage.
If this occurs, please contact us immediately. If the bag is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, you will be charged the full price of replacing the bag.
Unfortunately only 1 bag can be rented at a time.
A fee of £35 a day will be charged until the bag is returned. We will, however, send reminder emails to try and prevent this from occurring.
